I like to use lots of different fabrics in my work. The quilts I make tend to be whimsical and often tell a story. Quilts are so tactile and most of my work is meant to be used and enjoyed. I work primarily with 100% cotton and felted wool, often combining the two. I love hand work and usually mix machine and hand quilting/appliqué in the same piece. |
